Terms and Conditions Effective Date: February 18, 2026 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all transactions conducted with Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC. 1. Business-to-Business Transactions Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC operates as a business-to-business supplier providing industrial, safety, cargo, facility, and logistics-related supplies. Orders may be placed via approved Purchase Orders (PO), formal written quotations, or online checkout where applicable. 2. Quotes and Pricing All written quotations are valid for the time period specified in the quote. Pricing is subject to change based on quantity, freight requirements, supplier availability, and delivery location. 3. Purchase Orders Purchase Orders must include accurate item descriptions, quantities, billing information, and delivery details. Acceptance of any Purchase Order is subject to confirmation of availability and pricing. 4. Freight and Delivery Bulk, palletized, or freight shipments may require carrier coordination. Freight terms will be outlined in the formal quotation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, supply chain conditions, or external factors beyond our control. 5. Payment Terms We accept major credit cards and approved institutional Purchase Orders. Net payment terms may be extended upon review and approval. Late payments may be subject to fees where permitted by law. 6. Order Modifications and Cancellations Due to the nature of bulk and institutional orders, cancellations or modifications must be requested prior to order processing. Once processed or shipped, orders may not be modified. 7. Returns Returns must be authorized in writing. Bulk or freight orders may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return. 8. Limitation of Liability Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
