Every request is reviewed individually. Product pricing, availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery are confirmed in writing by Prospect Industrial Supplies.
How the Quote Process Works
- Browse the catalog. Find the products, manufacturers, or part numbers your organization needs.
- Submit your request. Include item numbers, quantities, ship-to address, required delivery date, and contact information.
- Receive a formal quote. We confirm current pricing, availability, shipping, and estimated delivery.
- Review and approve. Confirm the products, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements shown on the quote.
- Receive order instructions. The formal quote will state the next steps required to place the order.
- Order confirmation. We confirm acceptance in writing before releasing the order for fulfillment.
