Order Processing Orders are processed based on product availability, supplier confirmation, and approved payment or Purchase Order authorization. Processing times may vary depending on item type and order volume. Freight and Palletized Shipments Large quantity, palletized, or bulk shipments may require freight carrier coordination. Freight terms, delivery timelines, and access requirements (dock, liftgate, limited access, etc.) will be specified in the formal quotation when applicable. Delivery Estimates All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, supplier availability, or supply chain conditions beyond our control. Drop Ship Fulfillment Certain products may ship directly from approved manufacturers or distributors. Tracking information will be provided when available. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and proper receiving capability for freight shipments. Risk of Loss Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
