Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: February 18, 2026 Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC operates as a business-to-business supplier specializing in bulk and institutional orders. Returns Authorization All returns must be requested in writing and approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Bulk and Freight Orders Due to the nature of bulk, palletized, and freight shipments, returned items may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges. Freight costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, quantities, and delivery information prior to order confirmation. Orders processed according to approved quotes or Purchase Orders are considered final. Damaged or Incorrect Items If items are received damaged or incorrect, notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting documentation, including photographs, may be required. Custom or Special-Order Items Custom, made-to-order, or special procurement items may not be eligible for return. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after inspection and verification.
