1. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases from Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect quantities ordered, customer ordering errors, surplus inventory, or products no longer needed.
There is no general 30-day return period and no discretionary return or restocking-fee program.
2. ORDER VERIFICATION
Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, compatibility, shipping addresses, and delivery requirements before approving a quotation and completing payment.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.
We will review the issue and coordinate an appropriate remedy, including replacement, correction, or refund where required by applicable law or agreed contract terms.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are submitted to suppliers after payment funds clear. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been accepted or submitted for fulfillment.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds are not provided for discretionary returns. Where a refund is required by law or approved to resolve a fulfillment issue, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.
6. GOVERNMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL ORDERS
Government agencies and institutional purchasers must disclose mandatory contract terms and special procurement requirements before ordering.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
