Shipping Policy

Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. For government purchase orders and large-volume procurement orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email once your shipment has been arranged.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available on select items)
Freight / LTL Shipments: 5–15 business days (applies to heavy or pallet-quantity orders)

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

Freight and Pallet Orders

Orders exceeding standard parcel size or weight limits will ship via LTL freight. Freight shipments require a valid delivery address with dock or lift gate access. If your facility requires a lift gate, please note this at checkout or contact us prior to ordering. Additional freight charges may apply for residential or limited-access delivery locations.

Government and Institutional Orders

Government agencies, prime contractors, and institutional buyers placing orders under a purchase order or agency credit card may request specific shipping instructions, delivery windows, or carrier preferences at the time of order. Contact us at procurement@prospectindustrialsupplies.com to coordinate delivery requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. For large procurement orders or repeat government buys, contact us for consolidated shipping rates or freight quotes.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also contact us directly at procurement@prospectindustrialsupplies.com for shipment status updates.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
