Shipping Policy

Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC coordinates supplier-direct shipping to destinations within the United States, subject to product, supplier, and carrier restrictions. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO destinations require advance confirmation. International shipping is not currently offered.

Processing Time

After an approved quote is paid, supplier orders are placed once payment funds clear, typically in approximately three business days. Supplier processing time varies by product and is confirmed when available. Large-volume requests may require additional processing time. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information by email once your shipment has been arranged.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated transit time varies by supplier, item, and destination; confirmed on the quote
Expedited Shipping: Available on select items when confirmed in advance
Freight / LTL Shipments: Timing and availability quoted individually for heavy or pallet-quantity orders

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

Freight and Pallet Orders

Orders exceeding standard parcel size or weight limits will ship via LTL freight. Freight shipments require a valid delivery address with dock or lift gate access. If your facility requires a lift gate, please note this at checkout or contact us prior to ordering. Additional freight charges may apply for residential or limited-access delivery locations.

Government and Institutional Orders

Government agencies, prime contractors, and institutional buyers requesting quotes or placing approved prepaid card orders may request specific shipping instructions, delivery windows, or carrier preferences at the time of order. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are confirmed in the formal quote before payment. Any checkout shipping amount must be reviewed for accuracy before an order is accepted. For large procurement orders or repeat government buys, contact us for consolidated shipping rates or freight quotes.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
