Payment Terms & Government Purchase Cards
Prospect Industrial Supplies LLC supports government agencies and commercial buyers with quotes and secure upfront card payment for approved supply orders.
Payment Terms
Approved orders require full payment by accepted commercial credit card or Government Purchase Card (GPC/P-Card) through secure checkout. Traditional purchase orders with delayed payment, open accounts, Net-30 and Net-60 terms are not accepted.
- Government Purchase Cards (GPC/P-Card) are accepted where applicable.
- Full payment is required before supplier orders are placed.
- Once customer payment clears and funds become available, Prospect Industrial Supplies places the order with the supplier for fulfillment.
- All sales are final; no returns.
How to Request a Quote
Email the agency or company name, authorized purchaser, delivery address, product descriptions or part numbers, quantities, and required delivery date. We confirm product pricing, availability, and delivery costs before providing payment instructions.
Order Acceptance
A quote or product request is not an accepted order. Pricing, availability, delivery requirements, and secure card payment must be confirmed before fulfillment.
